Gender Sanitization Cell

As per AICTE (Establishment of Mechanism for Grievance Redressal) Regulations, 2012, F. No. 37-3/Legal 112012, dated 25.05.2012). A grievance is a formal complaint that is raised by any stake holder of MLS College of Pharmacy towards any other individual/ group / committee /administration within the institute. Anyone who belong or related MLS College of Pharmacy organization can file a grievance including staff, students, parents and alumni. The acceptance of the grievance is subject to verification of association of the candidate to the institute and relevance of the grievance to above mentioned heads. Once the grievance is verified, it will be forwarded to concern committee. The identity of the complainant will be kept anonymous, if required.

  • Upholding the dignity of the institute.
  • Upholding student-Student, Students-Teacher relationship.
  • Problems must be freely discussed.

How Grievance will be addressed?

  1. The students may feel free to put up a grievance in writing.
  2. Addressees need to register themselves only once at the portal.
  3. The request would be forwarded to respective officer and if required will be escalated to higher authorities in the institute.
  4. An enquiry will be initiated for the matter.
  5. The coordinator or committee head may arrange for face to face meeting if required.
