The training and placement cell aims at making students as the part of planning, formatting and executing the day-to-day activities of Training and Placement. This makes them a part of the procedural set-up, which goes a long way in building their responsible character and helps them to be good planners, confident individuals, promising leaders and better human beings. The placement cell will provide an opportunity to the best students to make their career in the pharmaceutical industry. It is our responsibility to coach the students to prepare for the interview with Multi National Pharmaceutical Companies.

• To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in aptitude tests, group discussions, and preparation for technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
• To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.
• To promote career counselling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and by recently placed senior students.
• Maintaining regular interaction with industry through seminars, guest lectures, conferences, and corporate meets.
• To develop the best learning process using a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices.
• Providing assistance to students for completing summer training projects.
• Industry-oriented events, contest participation, and student encouragement, along with continuing education and training for faculty.
• Providing requisite training to students in personality development and communication skills.
